October in a nutshell

Here we go again: 1. Started soccer class through the park district. Its an hour long and the instructor covers soccer, batting, basketball, and catching/throwing. The 4 boys in the class get a kick out of Coach Gino. Jackson and one of his best buddies, Oliver, are in the class together. Best $30 we ever spent. 2. Will loves, loves, loves his trains and tracks. He says "choo, choo" all the time. When you ask him if he wants to play trains, he turns on a dime and runs to his trains. Videos (long and maybe a bit boring to some) here (http://youtu.be/TeEn2xa4Ikc and http://youtu.be/xbfXc6JxmNI). 3. Will and Jackson are becoming more and more aware of each other. At times its hard but it can be lots of fun. Check out their potato head glasses. 4. Awesome fall weather leads to filling the days with being outside and remembering to bring our camera. Jackson and Will playing at one of our favorites and most visited playground/park. 5. Jackson started swim lessons again. This time at Daddy's work and with his buddy, Oliver. During the summer Jackson and his friend, Sonia, took a class through the JCC so our hope is that if we keep it up, Jackson will swim on his own soon.

Did we mention that Will likes to say "Cheese" at the camera? And this is what we get.

 See? ... every time!

Wearing the Mr. Potato Head's glasses was actually Will's idea first.

Jackson tries to hold hands with Will but he wants to walk up the ramp all by himself.

Mr. Independent. Mr. I do it all myself.

Jackson likes to catch Will. This park has an unusually large drop off at the end of the slide. Thanks Jackson!

Success! Jackson gets Will to hold hands.

At another great park (this days was nice and warm enough for short sleeves!)

Great teamwork. A parent's dream - having kids play nicely together and having the bigger one look out for the smaller one!

 Jackson and Oliver.
