quick trip to Kansas

This past October Will and Mama took a quick trip to Kansas. Will's girlfriend, Clare (one of Mama's best friends daughter), was getting baptized. The 2 hit it off immediately - holding hands, cooing to one another, etc. Anne and I didn't even get a photo of us and the babes - we were too busy talking and relaxing on the couch. Its okay we'll get together again soon and get one taken. In the meantime, look how cute they are.

While we were in town we also got to see Aunt Zan, Uncle Brett, and Conner, and Nana and Pappy, who were visiting. It was a short visit but fun to see them all. Conner had just gotten back from the pumpkin patch and he definitely made out. We had a great meal and company. Will was all smiles and very social. All he wanted to do was look at all the faces so of course bedtime was late. It was all worth it. Take a look at these photos of Conner and Will sharing a bath.
