Mom tried her hardest to get Jackson into the sleigh. Wasn't happening ... not that day.
"Mom, I need a little break."
"Roar!" Jackson is in a phase of roaring like a lion/bear. He roars at most things as a way of saying hello or to get ones attention. Will sometimes giggles but usually cries at this because the roar itself is pretty darn loud. This photo is fitting.
We can't imagine our lives without Jackson.
For Valentine's Day we took the boys to the Shedd Aquarium. Jackson and Will both had a blast. We had to pry Jackson away from the kids play zone. He especially loved the submarine, which at one point he told me "no, we aren't diving down into the ocean. We are on the moon!" Will was amazing as usually and loved people watching. We had fun with our love bugs!
Cheese!
So many buttons.
Big a** snake!
That's one big snake.
Sea lion came by to say one really loud "ART, ART."
Periscope down!
Finally some photos with mom.
"Look, I'm a penguin."
Moms already thinking about when Jackson gets to go to his first overnight camp and canoeing trip at Widji ...
... "Okay Will, you can go too!"
Love the jellies! Remember the jellies (and our trip to the Shedd last year - click here)?
OR - take a look at this side-by-side photo of Jackson and the jellyfish (only about a year apart).
