Jackson was just too eager to present himself to the world. He arrived exactly 5 weeks early, which was pretty scary at the time for us. Throughout the whole experience our doctor assured us that everything would be alright. She was right! Jackson weighed 7 lbs and was 19 inches long. Everyone was so surprised in the delivery room, the nurses and doctor all thought that he would have been 9 lbs if he had waited until full term.Since everything happened so quickly we weren't really prepared ... we didn't have a bag packed and couldn't find our camera. I'm sure most of you can picture me in the midst of contractions saying "damn it! we have to find our camera". Well, we didn't find it.
