our special Valentine!

We had a quiet Valentine's weekend but a great one. Jackson had a lot of fun decorating cupcakes. The following series of photos shows how Jackson was interested in the red sprinkles, then the multi-colored ball sprinkles, then he realizes the cupcakes are DELICIOUS, and finally washes every thing down with some good ol' milk. Jackson is always a great little helper.

Jackson is tuckered out. He literally feel asleep moments after we started the car (see the phone still in his hands!) and then continued his nap at home for another 2 hours. I guess our weekend wasn't so quiet in that the little man needed to rest from all the fun.

The next series of photos is from this morning. Pappy sent Mama some Valentine's flowers. Jackson loves to smell them, esp this morning. He got so distracted from his breakfast that I had to bring them over so he could smell them right away. You can see not only did he want to smell them he wanted to feed them his pancakes and milk. Sweet, sweet boy.

Thanks Nana and Pappy for the great Valentine's card for Jackson. He loves his doggy!

Jackson smashed his big toe (and it is still black and blue - ouch!). SO, we decided to make a cake for his big toe. Get better soon big toe! Oh, I used my new cake decorating supplies. Thanks Grandma Chris for a great, little Christmas present.
